Key Responsibilities & Activities - Brand Media & Advertising Specialist

Reporting to the Brand Media & Advertising Manager, your focus will be on executing the brands value proposition and our offline Direct Marketing campaigns with the objective to increase Brand Awareness and reach new customers:

You are working on executing the brand's value proposition (insights, positioning), in order to adapt global toolkits to local needs   You are  responsible for the planning, conception, and implementation of marketing campaigns (offline focus) to acquire new customers You hold the operational responsibility to execute campaigns from creative briefing, target groups segmentation, production to internal alignments You are in charge of performance management of campaigns and planning of continuous improvement measures in segmentation and creative You create communication materials with agencies to prolong the marketing campaigns at POS level You are collaborating closely with external agency and internal national and international stakeholders. The control of the budget, cost and schedule are also part of your tasks You develop the target group and inspire the organization with new and fresh ideas to convert your target audience You will be in contact with the Regional and Global Marketing teams based in Milan, Italy, and will be involved in international projects. 

Background & Skills

You have between 2 and 4 years of successful experience in a similar position You have a MsC degree, ideally in Marketing and Communication or similar You are enthusiastic and willing to put your strategic thinking skills to work in the service of a unique solution with real patient benefit. You have demonstrated an analytical mind and your business orientation allows you to recommend the appropriate action plan to achieve a given objective. You have excellent writing skills, enabling you to synthesize key studies and trends. Rigorous and organized, you know how to manage the priorities of multiple projects. Finally, you have an excellent level of English. The international dimension of our Group allows you to use your English on a daily basis.

This is a hybrid working position with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the Office at Gateway House, Styal Road.
