**About the role:**
Liquid I.V. is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. The Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of large- and small-scale culture-forward partnerships that drive brand awareness for Liquid I.V.
The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic and creative that will develop meaningful B2B partnerships that excite and inspire the LIV community through brand and product collaborations, sampling initiatives, activations, and large-scale sampling.
**Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:**
+ Establish and drive the strategy of the partnerships channel acting as an idea-generating machine, bringing creative partnership concepts to life across a full-spectrum of priority verticals including sports, music and lifestyle, including but not limited to brand campaigns goals and objectives and product launches with the ultimate goal to grow the LIV community, increase brand awareness and brand love.
+ Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategy and lead 360-degree marketing plans for brand partnerships, including briefs, KPI’s, approach and final GTM recap.
+ Oversee buy in from leadership through the development of a comprehensive plan that includes cross-functional alignment with the 360 teams to bring objectives, deliverables, and operational considerations to life.
+ Invest in and evolve culturally impactful partner relationships and collaborations to enhance company offerings, drive innovation, cement brand equity and garner new audiences.
+ Establish and manage a broad range of B2B large- and small-scale partnerships across various industries with high priority in sports, music and lifestyle and serve as primary point of contact for partnership execution.
+ Manage end-to-end partnership agreements with internal legal teams, partnership execution and timeline management.
+ Collaborate with internal and external product development and creative teams to curate innovative product collaborations.
+ Work synergistically with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure overall campaign success by driving a centralized perspective and adherence to partnership strategy to bring partnerships to life.
+ Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics/KPI’s to evaluate effectiveness of partnership initiatives and campaigns.
+ Execute quarterly reports to be shared with leadership team around disruptive ideation and evaluation, competitive analysis within partnerships space ensuring LIV is always on the pulse of culture.
+ Deliver regular recap reports and key learnings on LIV-owned partnerships in collaboration with cross-functional partners for senior leadership to inform decision-making and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROl.
+ Cultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, and other relevant global stakeholders.
+ Have a strong POV along with a clear and concise ability to provide direction to internal and external partners.
+ Be an effective problem-solver and strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate complex strategy and messaging goals into compelling marketing that breaks through.
+ Manage blockers or obstacles in the campaign development process with confidence and clear communication.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent practical experiences.
+ 5-7 years of experience in B2C partnerships, brand marketing at an agency or brand, preferably in the CPG, lifestyle, wellness and entertainment space.
+ Proven track record leading creative and innovative partnerships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
+ Excellent negotiation skills and extensive experience negotiating $1M+ partnerships.
+ Strong attention to detail and savvy project management skills.
+ Clear and proactive communicator that adapts style based on audience – C Suite to creative partners.
+ Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

**Work Environment:**
+ Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events with up to 20% travel.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The expected salary range for this position is $98,400 - $147,600 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
