We’re seeking a motivated Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) to help grow our enterprise and brand partnerships business. This role will focus on securing high-value sponsorships and strategic partnerships with major brands across various industries. The BPM will be responsible for building relationships with key enterprise accounts, creating value-driven partnership opportunities, and hitting ambitious revenue goals.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with a passion for live events, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to deliver meaningful brand integrations that enhance the attendee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Growth:
Drive new business by selling brand partnership opportunities to enterprise clients.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for brand partners, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Partnership Development:
Create and present customized brand partnership packages that align with the partner’s goals and enhance the attendee experience on Eventbrite.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to deliver seamless brand integrations.
Market Strategy:
Identify new partnership opportunities by researching industry trends and understanding brand marketing priorities.
Use data-driven insights to inform partnership strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Success Metrics
Achievement of revenue goals (quarterly and annual).
Growth of enterprise account portfolio.
Quality and impact of brand integrations on Eventbrite’s platform.
