Job Summary

The Specialist Brand Program Management is responsible to support creative workstreams for the Papa Johns brand, including collaborating with both in-house and external creative agencies. The role is responsible to communicate project priorities to stakeholders across departments and managing priorities per project. This role is responsible to ensure accurate brief intake, manage and maintain timelines and work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that deadlines, project tasks and approvals are being managed appropriately across multiple stakeholders. This position will be responsible for project coordination and day-to-day support of internal projects and national and local promotions.  

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

Creative project support for national and local promotions (including but not limited to digital, social, print, emails, packaging); ensure that all projects are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirements Support intake of project briefs - ensure briefs are submitted with appropriate detail,  sourcing missing information and ensuring creative requests are as thorough as necessary for project assignment, and coordinate project briefing/kickoff meetings with key stakeholders.  For internally-managed projects, work with Creative Group Lead to assign work across the creative team based on schedules, timelines and fit for job needs Work with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to maintain timelines and schedules for each project; track progress for each initiative against agreed upon timeline to ensure on-time delivery Work closely with design team, project lead, and project stakeholders to ensure creative is in line with original brief and that feedback is clear and actionable Maintain project status reports Proactively report project risks and outcomes to your manager with potential solutions in mind Coordinate appropriate approvals for each project (legal, marketing, technical, other stakeholders as needed) Work with Digital Asset Manager to ensure creative assets are released and posted appropriately Work collaboratively across departments and build trust for process flowsCreate and maintain timeline documents, secure approvals for creative materials like proofs, drafts, copy documents, etc. using our proofing platform; ensuring meeting recaps and notes are understood by all team members and circulated with clear action items and next steps
