We are looking for a strategic and motivated Senior Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving brand insights through sophisticated survey research, analytics, and data storytelling. This role will focus on analyzing brand survey data to measure brand health, perception, and awareness, applying statistical significance testing, and translating complex data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with marketing, strategy, and product teams to ensure that data-driven insights inform and elevate brand strategies.

Primary responsibilities include:
+ Analyze brand survey data to measure key brand performance metrics such as awareness, consideration, loyalty, and positioning.
+ Lead the application of statistical significance testing to validate insights and ensure findings are robust and actionable.
+ Design and implement advanced analytics approaches to analyze survey responses, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
+ Conduct longitudinal analyses to track and link marketing campaigns to brand performance over time and identify meaningful trends, shifts, and emerging opportunities.
+ Support survey design processes, including crafting questionnaires, optimizing response rates, and ensuring survey results are statistically valid.
+ Design turnkey dashboards and reports that visualize key brand metrics for stakeholders across the organization.
+ Translate complex data sets and statistical findings across multiple internal and external sources into compelling narratives and actionable insights through effective storytelling.
+ Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
+ Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to drive brand growth and strategic decision-making.
+ Stay informed on best practices in survey research and data analysis, bringing new tools into the organization as appropriate.
Required Skills/Experience:
+ 3+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, preferably with a focus on survey research and brand analytics.
+ Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or similar data analysis tools.
+ Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics, or similar tools.
+ Advanced understanding of statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, segmentation, correlation and variance analysis and their application in brand research data.
+ Experience designing and executing survey research projects from start to finish, including questionnaire design, sampling methods, and data analysis.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate analytic results, insights, and resulting business implications to both technical and non-technical business partners.
+ Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership, relentless curiosity, and self-driven approach to problem solving.
+ Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues who have a background in statistics, database development/maintenance, and technology.
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, data science, computer science, engineering, or similar quantitative field required; Advanced degree preferred.

+ Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
