The Brand Specialist & Digital Analytics will be aligned to Cargill’s Animal Health business (Pet) in India and apply basic marketing knowledge and skills to support the execution of brand strategy, positioning and activations for the company and specific brands in the assigned business. In this role, you will support the execution of the defined brand plans and programs in alignment with other cross functional and marketing teams and assist business teams in creating demand and optimizing the brand performance, experience and reputation with the customers.
Key Accountabilities• Support general branding activities to build brand for pet category equity and reputation in alignment with the company's master brand strategy and guidelines.
• Help establish brand positioning and messaging for products and solutions that represent the company's brand architecture.
• Support the development of general printed and digital branded materials including brochures, collateral, presentations, event materials, product packaging designs and websites to ensure design and content is aligned with the company's master brand strategy and guidelines.
• Assist in executing the defined brand, initiatives, and activations for the brand strategy in alignment with broader goals of products, categories, channels and integrated marketing initiatives to support demand generation.
• Participate in developing value propositions for brands and perform basic analysis of key brand health measures to understand brand performance.
• Participate in innovation activities for the business to support alignment with the brand value proposition for customers.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Handle e-com platform and digital initiatives for the assigned portfolio
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in brand management in the Animal Health sector (either Dairy or Pet).
• At least 2 years of experience in pet category and handling e- commerce/digital and online channels.
• Strong experience in coordinating with cross functional teams such as product management folks.
• Hands-on exposure to preparing/compiling marketing reports.
