Conduct food safety, brand standard and workplace health and safety evaluations at customer locations using a foundation of consulting, coaching, and training to achieve guest protection and satisfactionProvide effective customer communication and develop strong relationshipsPartner with Account Management teams and other divisions within Ecolab to solve customer challengesComplete a budgeted number of audits each week that creates a high level of customer satisfactionAccess and utilize key industry leading food safety practices and continual, active monitoring of health inspection informationUtilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to ensure efficient planning as well as a tablet to perform essential job functionsSupport the growth initiatives of our company and our customersPosition Details:
Candidate must reside in: Vancouver, BC or close surrounding areasCities included in this territory will include: Vancouver, Richmond and surrounding areas of British Columbia including out of province travel to provide customer support Percent of overnight travel required: Up to 50% including out of province supportMinimum Qualifications:
High school diploma and 2 years of hospitality industry-related experienceWillingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictateWillingness to complete operational assessments within nursing homes, assisted living, and senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residents while adhering to HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookAccess to a reliable personal vehicle for regular business useA valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordMust be able to travel to the US for training/meetingsProof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required based on client site requirementsNo Immigration Sponsorship availablePhysical Demands:

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$26.00 – $27.00 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
