Are you a Brand Strategist looking for your next career move? We are searching for big thinkers focused on the intersection of big business + big ideas, this team is relentlessly, obsessively working to make our brand famous in the best ways - identifying and seizing white space with iconic style through strategic architecture and bold brand moves. Join Edward Jones and be part of a world-class brand team. As the Brand Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the brand strategy for Edward Jones. This individual will analyze market trends, develop customer insights, and craft strategies that ensure brand differentiation, relevance, and resonance with our audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of financial services, and the ability to translate complex ideas into impactful brand narratives that contribute to quantifiable commercial value.
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. **Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
+ 10+ years of experience in brand management, governance, or marketing leadership roles, preferably within financial services or regulated industries.
+ Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies that drive business results.
+ Strong understanding of market research methodologies, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
+ Experience collaborating with creative, content, and marketing teams to bring brand strategies to life
+ Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
