Key Responsibilities:
Visual Strategy Creative VM concept development that aligns with brand positioning
Research and development from conceptual design and alignment with brand campaigns
Actively seeking new and innovative ideas for store visual improvement & execution
Store Housing principles & guidelines formulation and implementation aligned to merchandise strategy
Translate strategy into actionable plans
Project Management and design development of instore displays, windows, product groupings and focal points
Visual impact and the land of promotional and markdown activity in store
Communication of merchandise and display directives delivering consistency, high standards across all stores within set timelines
Optimise Customer experience through visual strategy
Development and training plan and execution for VM Team
Creating training content and conduct training workshops with field leaders and store staff
Store design and evolution Prop and Hardware development ensuring elements updated as per brands visual calendar
New and revamp store opening plan, F&F control, layouts and full support through opening
Plan and manage the logistics of visual merchandising projects, including scheduling, resource allocation and coordination with other departments
Budget management and control
Manage healthy, productive internal customer and stakeholder relationships
Good understanding of VM principles and the importance of the execution thereof
Manage and lead the In-store VM team
Conceptual Design using 3D drawing or other design software
Yoobic experience – create content and communicate to all stores on behalf of admin, marketing & VM
Explore and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AR, digital integration, signage) to enhance the in-store experience
Qualifications and Experience: Degree – Advantageous (Retail/ Fashion) Proven working experience as a Field VM Related fashion retail VM Experience a must (8 - 10 years) Proven experience in managing budgets Proven experience in creating VM strategy Ability to inspire, motivate and coach field teams through strong leadership Creative flair and interest in Fashion Valid driver’s license
