Branded Cards Process & Control Lead VP

The Branded Cards Process and Control Lead will report into the Control team. The role is aligned with our business partners to evaluate key processes and associated controls to strengthen our risk and control environment. This role will play an important part in tackling some of the areas with the most opportunities, working across the organization to address Issues and customer pain points, along with regulatory concerns. Position will provide many opportunities to make a significant impact on Branded Cards performance by strengthening the foundation for growth. Additionally, role will provide significant exposure and coordination with cross functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the evaluation of key processes, including AML, with broad implications for Branded Cards.Drive the design and analysis efforts to improve consistency, limit hand-offs, clearly define ownership, and mitigate risk.Maintain book of work, provide summary view to management.Recommend process and controls for simplification and automation.Identify need for resourcing where appropriate for tech or larger scale projects.Own or support Issues, drive timely and complete resolution.Identify opportunities to enhance workflow tools (WFM).Design or partner to ensure new procedures, ARCMs and other key control documents are updated.Support communications with Legal and Compliance, including regulatory and policy updates that may affect businesses.

Curious and motivated to drive meaningful improvements throughout complicated processes.Detail oriented, with proven ability to question and identify opportunities within existing processes and business practices by leveraging previous experiences and knowledge of the business.

Qualifications & Education:

6+ years Credit Cards experience in financial services with a demonstrated understanding of the control framework.Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
