Breast Imaging Faculty – North Valley Area FY2324

The UCLA Department of Radiology is recruiting for a full-time Professor in the Health Sciences Clinical Series, all ranks, in the Breast Imaging (BI) Section. The successful candidate will join an outstanding team of BI experts who provide exceptional care to primarily the North Valley area served by UCLA Radiology's Breast and Women's Imaging Center. Titles in this series are assigned to academically qualified individuals who are in full-time service of the University, who are excellent in teaching and clinical service, who are engaged in creative academic activities, and who are receptive to the new AI environment.

The Department encourages candidates to apply who have experience in and who have demonstrated commitment to working with students from diverse backgrounds and to improving access to higher education for disadvantaged students through teaching and mentoring activities. The candidate will teach top-flight radiology fellows and excellent radiology residents.

The posted UC salary scales (https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/compensation/index.html) set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5 Scale 7. The salary range for this position is $307,671-$564,200. This position includes membership in the Health Sciences compensation plan (https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf), which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
