Responsibilities

The Department of Radiology at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, MN is a seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist with breast-imaging fellowship training to join our fifteen-person, highly collaborative group of radiologists. 

We are currently looking for a radiologist who can serve as the section lead for breast imaging. You will have an opportunity to help develop the new Breast Center (opened October 2023) with dedicated, collaborative physicians from other specialties. The Mankato campus serves as the regional hub for Mayo Clinic Health System Southwest Minnesota with plans for continued, significant growth over the next decade. 

Position responsibilities include weekly multidisciplinary conferences, departmental peer-review activities, and hospital committee involvement.

Options include a 100% Breast Imaging position or a General Diagnostic Imaging position with a breast emphasis.Must possess knowledge in all aspects of breast imaging and image guided breast interventions including MRI.The General Diagnostic Imaging position with a breast emphasis will also require strong skills in general, hospital, and emergency medicine imaging.Highly competitive salary, excellent work-life balance, and an exceptional benefits package!
