expansion of the cancer center we are seeking a medical oncologist with breast cancer sub specialization to join our breast medical oncologists The busy breast service sees over new cases of breast cancer annually cared for by a multi disciplinary team of fellowship trained breast surgeons and medical and radiation oncologists sub specializing in breast cancer The clinical team is well supported by pathologists and radiologists many of whom are fellowship trained as well as by reconstructive surgeons a mature genetic counselling program and an active nurse navigator program Formal programs in survivorship high risk care patient education and breast rehabilitation services are in developmentThe hospital has active clinical trial and health disparities research programs and is a main member of SWOG and NRG Hartford Hospital is the largest teaching hospital in the University of Connecticut medical school system with medical residents and oncology fellows in trainingHartford HealthCare
