Job Title: Bridge EngineerJob Description The Bridge Department Leader will lead the daily production for various types of bridge and structural design for our Cincinnati office. You will generate and/or review detailed drawings, develop scopes of work, fee proposals, and manage project schedules and budgets. You will oversee and perform technical design work for bridge plans, construction quantities and estimates, load ratings, and bridge hydraulics. Our collaborative, open office environment allows you to work with colleagues across multiple disciplines to provide the highest quality plans, studies, and customer service. You will mentor staff, manage projects, lead bridge team and client meetings, and complete reports and presentations. Cincinnati office smaller, around 8-10 people. Work from home Fridays. Some site visits may be required. Competitive pay and bonus program.
