Bridge Project Manager

Job Title: Bridge Project Manager, PE

Location: Virginia (VA), New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), or Rhode Island (RI) - Remote and Hybrid

Job Description: Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Bridge Project Manager, PE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bridge projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires occasional travel to Connecticut, approximately once a month.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage bridge engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Prepare and review engineering designs, calculations, and technical reports.Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business development.Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge engineering and project management.Strong knowledge of bridge design and construction practices.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in engineering software and tools.Ability to travel to Connecticut once a month.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with state and federal bridge projects.Familiarity with project management and structural design softwareStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00
