Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a full-time Bridge Project Manager position in Western, NY!

The Northeast Bridges & Structures group at Colliers Engineering & Design is a highly skilled team of professionals conducting business across New York and into the New England region. We provide a full range of structural engineering services from scoping, planning, preliminary through final design and construction for highway, pedestrian, rail bridge and culvert projects in addition to contractor engineering services.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure the success of the projects under his/her management.
+ Handle all aspects for a project from identification, pursuit, contracting, design development and construction phase support.
+ Provide leadership and mentoring to individuals.
+ Plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff.
+ Monitor project costs to ensure that project is delivered within budget, fulfills customer expectations for schedule and quality, and/or aligns with the company strategic objectives.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering.
+ Minimum of 10 years' experience of AASHTO compliant bridge design/management experience.
+ Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in NY or be able to be licensed in NY.
+ An established business network with New York State bridge owners such as NYSDOT, NYS Thruway Authority, Municipal clients and contractors.
+ Prior experience and understanding of AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications and the Federal-Aid project delivery process.
+ Proven ability to manage bridge projects and lead multi-disciplinary teams meeting schedule, budget and quality.
+ Proven ability to identify, pursue, and win work.
+ Ability to work remotely with team members in other offices.
+ Familiarity with construction engineering, AREMA based rail bridge design, and/or design build procurement a plus.
+ Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Compensation: $102,000 to $132,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
