The team

Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.

 

The role

Manage requirements: Gather, analyze project requirements from the client; Track changes in requirements and update relevant documentation; Ensure that all requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the development team as well as easily referenceable and searchable by teams. Facilitate Meetings: organize and lead meetings between the client and the development team; Ensure that all parties understand the discussion points and decisions made; Prepare and distribute meeting minutes. Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s requirements and standards; Conduct verification and provide feedback to the development team. Internal Communication & Support: Provide real-time requirement explanations to the team; Attend team meetings to stay updated; Bridge cultural differences to ensure smooth communication and collaboration; Educate the team about cultural norms and business practices of the client.

 

What you’ll bring

B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant major. Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or JLPT N1 is required. Having at least 2 years of working experience as BrSE position. Experience in Java, Spring Boot, JSP/Angular, PostgreSQL. Have knowledge about Software Development Process, Object Orient Programming, etc. Good at logical thinking and analysis. Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language). High responsibility and teamwork spirit. Proficiency in English is a plus. Knowledge and experience with Energy domain is a plus.
