Location: Remote opportunity in Seattle, WA. Individual must reside within a commutable distance to Astound's Seattle, WA office for training and other potential office visits if needed throughout the year. Initial training will be on-site in the Seattle office for 3 - 4 weeks.

Opportunity Overview:
Dispatchers provide outstanding customer service and support to Astound's internal work groups and customers. Facilitate effective communication between field and office to expedite customer work order handling. Generate, process, and track system work orders. Ensure high quality and accurate service by assisting and resolving a wide variety of internal customer requests, inquiries and complaints.
A Day in the Life of the Broadband Dispatcher:
Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes Maintain ongoing communication with technicians Complete pre-calls to customers Conduct post-installation surveys Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders Execution of significant projects to support the internal and external customer base Other duties as assignedWhat You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center environment Effective communication (verbal and written) Knowledge retention and recall Ability to handle pressure Speed and efficiency Creative problem solving Empathy Organizational ability Computer literacyEducation and Certifications:

The base pay range in WA state for this position is $20.76 - $30.87/hour, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commissions, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Washington State and may not be applicable to other locations.
