We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Sales Representative. In this position you will report to the VP, Head of Wealth Product Sales. We are looking for a high energy, driven sales professional whose ability to understand and develop client and internal relationships will contribute directly to our growth objectives. At Broadridge you will work with the largest Wealth Organizations in the US and abroad introducing them to our Advisor Solutions team. Our existing clients and relationships continuously seek new products from Broadridge and within our rapidly expanding Wealth Segment, you will be on the cutting edge of omni-channel digital solutions focused on Advisors and seeking to grow their book of business within their firms. Products you will interface with are the AdvisorStream technology, Websites, Content, Analytics, SEO, Digital leads, Ad Re-targeting, Video Marketing, Local Business Listings, and others. You will partner with a Segment Sales Team, Account Management, Executive Leadership, and others to engage with clients and develop awareness, understanding and opportunity for growth across both organizations. This is a quota carrying position whose primary objective is sales attainment. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings. Roles and Responsibilities: + Maintain strong product knowledge of the full solution suite as well as competitive offerings + Build and execute account-based sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to drive deals to closure consistently and effectively + Identify new business opportunities within new and existing clients. + Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including qualification, executive presentations, business case/ROI development, proposal, and contract negotiation + Effectively and consistently build and manage sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual sales attainment + Fully understand prospect's technology stack, buying process, and stakeholder engagement (org chart and powerbase) to accurately align selling/buying process + Provide client demonstrations including solution overview, market positioning, competition analysis, commercials, and guidance on contracting + Partner with internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales and solutioning process, including legal, finance, product, and senior management. + Represent Broadridge at industry conferences and regional events + Travel to prospect and client sites Requirements: + 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Financial Services a/o Software + B.A./B.S. + Ability to build, foster, and maintain key relationships, including senior executive level relationships + Proven track record of success in achieving / exceeding sales quotas + Ability to originate opportunities, manage the sales process, and close sales + Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills + Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills + Ability to lead internal and external meetings + Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders + Strong analytical and organizational skills + Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint skills + Strong technical foundation; ability to use CRM, MS Office, social tools, etc. + Willing to travel frequently to for clients and prospect meetings Salary range $80,000- $ 85,000.
