Overview We are seeking energetic, dynamic, competitive individuals who are passionate about sales and ready to jump-start their careers in the insurance industry. This is a structured two-year training and development program designed to shape candidates into elite salespeople who can drive new business opportunities. How you'll make an impact Leverage access to dedicated mentors to develop superior sales habits, preparing you for long-term success in the insurance industry. Conduct a minimum number of meetings (in person or via video) each week to demonstrate web and phone quoting capabilities and register new users to drive new business submissions Perform timely follow up and continuous communication with customers and prospects Identify and establish relationships with key contacts Pursue continuing education and insurance designations/licenses as outlined in the training and development plan About You Interest in pursuing a career in sales Willingness to obtain insurance licenses/designations as outlined in the training and development plan Skills for success: Strong communication skills that will allow you to build professional relationships with both internal and external partners Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and a strong work ethic Receptive to coaching for continuous improvement You actively seek to develop your professional skills and improve efficiency. #LI-CS1 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
