We are looking for Brokerage Client Assistant for our top client, please find below the details! + Location: Linwood, New Jersey + Schedule: M-F | First Shift + Contract Length: 3-month contract with possibility of extension. Job Duties: + Answering phones, computer process entry, mail, appointment scheduling, misc. administrative actions. + Support Brokerage Client Support proactively seek ways to improve processes. + Perform moderately complex client support tasks. + Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. + Interact with client personnel on a range of information. Minimum Required Education Experience Skills: + Strong communication and customer service skills both in person and via phone. + Required Qualifications: 2 years of Brokerage and Client Services support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.60 - $23.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
