SUMMARY
The Brokerage Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations and will serve as the support for a fee-earner and/or team. This position is responsible for administrative support of fee-earners as noted below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities
Brokerage Support for the Eastern PA & SNJ Industrial Team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Brokerage Support
Listing Tracking & project management of marketing initiatives related to active Listing assignmentsDatabase managementSalesforce and CRM managementBrokerage EventsCostar and LoopNetResearch supportClient facing communication related to marketing initiativesMarketing and Graphics:
Pitch materialsClient reporting (Primarily Landlord Marketing Update Deliverables)Mapping and AerialsSignage design, E-blast design, Brochure design, and Marketing Boards designCase StudiesQuarterly Report DesignEvent planningAssist with PR (press release, social media, etc.)Reporting relationship
Role will report to the following:
Market Director of Operations or Office Manager (in rare cases fee-earner directly)Metrics
Role will be evaluated on the following:
Accuracy of produced documentsTimeliness of produced documentsCommunication and collaboration with other team membersBACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience should include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field2-5 years’ experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Including Excel)Experience in InDesign and Photoshop requiredDatabase managementCompetencies
