Job Description:

What You’ll Do

Declare customs for import/ export shipments (translate goods description into Vietnamese, apply HS code, calculate D&T…).

Submit declaration to VNACCS system on time to get customs approval for release.

Work with customers to get required information/ document for customs declaration.

Deeply understand customs regulations on import/ export (HS code, government-controlled goods…) for correct declaration and give consultant to customers when required.

Compile daily report accurately and legibly in order to provide information to management /others for service improvement and operation analysis.

Verify the correctness of declaration documents and compliance with Government regulations.

Your Skills & Requirements

University or College degree in foreign trade, international trade, international economics, logistics or supply chains.

Knowledge of import / export. Have knowledge in Customs Law & Regulations. Experience with VNACCS system is a plus.

1-2 years relevant experience in similar capacity. Experience from Brokerage agents is highly appreciated.

Good computer literacy.

Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English.

Hard working, diligent, & self-motivated.

Able to work under pressure.

Have teamwork attitude & problem-solving skills.
