As an operations analyst at SIG, you will work side by side with the traders and salespeople on our Fixed Income desk. By joining our team, you will gain exposure to the entire trade lifecycle including PnL (generation and reconciliation), settlements, compliance reporting, PnS comparisons, as well as client onboarding. As you work to ensure that desk activity moves along as needed and that any issues that arise are resolved as quickly as possible, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with our clients and clearing firms as well. We will also look to you to continue to foster an environment of process improvement and automation, identifying areas for increased efficiencies and bringing ideas as to how to accomplish that to the table for discussion.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline requiredMinimum of one year of professional, co-op and/or internship experience in a trade support role required; previous experience with energy or commodities is a plus!Demonstrated and strong experience with Excel required
