The Role
Ensure that all new and renewal business, mid-term amendments, and general enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Oversee the accurate and punctual record-keeping of physical and electronic filing. Undertake ad hoc tasks in relation to the Underwriting Operations function as directed by the Head of Underwriting. Support a book of business by performing day-to-day client service tasks. Take responsibility for the creation and design of renewal strategy documents for client presentations. Provide support for new business opportunities, including expanding relationships with current clients, participating in the preparation and response for Requests for Proposals, and general support. Regularly utilize WTW tools and resources. Prepare draft proposals, submissions, and quotes. Follow up with insurance carriers and underwriters regarding the status of quotes and provide any additional information or rates as necessary. Maintain business relationships with producers and underwriters. Deliver reliable, high-quality, and timely reports and documents. Keep up with changes in the compliance function and placement process, and report where necessary. Follow and adhere to all company and compliance procedures, rules, and regulations.The Requirements
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience with Client Services Operations in the Broking or insurance industry. A qualification in insurance would be an added advantage High performing team player with a proven track record for providing outstanding client serviceUndergraduate degree in a relevant fieldProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and writtenAbility to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervisionAbility to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines Demonstrates knowledge of core insurance principles & provide explanation to clientsHigh performing team player with a proven track record for providing outstanding client serviceApplication Process:
