The BruinShop is looking for a student worker to assist and manage all aspects of order fulfillment, customer service, and website management. Tasks of this student include, but are not limited to: 

- Accurately picking merchandise from floor and storage space for online order fulfillment:
Packing, processing, and shipping online orders

Customer Service:
Responding to customer emails and phone calls regarding order fulfillment 

Website Management:
-Utilize content management systems to upload and organize product images for the BruinShop website, ensuring accurate categorization and display for each product.
-Conduct regular reviews of the BruinShop website to identify and address any issues related to image display, broken links, or other usability concerns.
-Assist in updating website content, including product images, promotional text, and pricing.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the overall user experience on the BruinShop website.
-Utilize Google Merchant Center to upload and maintain accurate product information to display across browsers.
-Assist in regular maintenance, cleanup, and consolidation of data through various projects.

This student will report directly to the Web Commerce, social media, and Merchandising Manager and work alongside the marketing team.
