国際ブローカーマーケットに関する諸計画の企画・立案・運営 付与された権限内での保険引受業務 保険の契約手続きに関わるサービスと事務の管理 国際ブローカーチャネルの既存顧客に対する関係維持および改善と、新規顧客に関する情報の収集・分析

Key Tasks

Understands the strategy, operational policy and tasks for the Department. Designs and implements specific plans to achieve various goals for individuals. Achieve goals by providing current product range, new products/services to existing/potential customers through the channels in charge and by planning and implementing the individual sales strategy. Negotiates with Broker /agent on insurance underwriting within authorization or together with underwriters.   Conducts research/analysis/study on new products and services for corporate clients.  Conducts vigorous marketing activities based on the newly developed and/or existing products and services. Designs and implements strategies to acquire new customers and channels as well as existing customers. Obtains the trends of other companies. Improves and maintains the relationship management with clients. Designs and implements action plans to maintain and expand contracts by implementing risk survey especially on existing large clients/potential clients and various supplementary services. Handles problems/troubles between clients and channels in a timely manner. (To be resolved with the boss if beyond the scope of own responsibilities.) Designs, conducts, and reviews the self-improvement plan in corporation with the manager. Educates junior staff at the department. Guides and supports specific plans to achieve goals. Collects/analyzes important information contributing to corporate profit. Communicates them to the related parties in a timely manner. Investigates/analyzes the true needs of channel and client. Reviews/develops/introduces corresponding insurance products and services in cooperation with CHUBB group companies.     Support for the activity related to insurance claims from the corporate and international brokers Create and manage sales and marketing tools

必須要件

損害保険会社での営業経験またはアンダーライター3年以上 ビジネス英語力(読み書き必須。会話は不要) 対人交渉力、プレゼンテーション力 損害保険の商品知識

歓迎要件

学習意欲の高い方 ビジネス英語力(会話) リーダーシップをとって自ら実行、挑戦できる方

Required qualification

1. Required qualification/skills/experience
 ①Interpersonal negotiation skills, presentation skills

 ②Experience of Insurance industory as sales rep or underwriter as least 3 years

 ③Expert operational knowledge (products, handling policies, clause details,  etc.)

2. Desirable Personalities
  Someone who demonstrates strategic leadership, develops own capabilities and   improves the performance results of the organization.
