As a Telecom and Business Support System Tester, you'll be a vital part of ensuring the excellence of our solutions. Your role involves understanding and documenting test scenarios, mapping requirements to test cases, executing various tests, and meticulously documenting results. Additionally, you'll collaborate with business and development teams, assist in User Acceptance Testing UAT, and contribute to defect tracking and resolution.

What you’ll do 

Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, End-to-End testing   Understand & document the Test Scenarios based on the discussions with the Functional/Development/Business Teams  Map the Requirements to Test Cases & produce test plans  Responsible for test case execution & documenting the results, collecting the logs/traces etc. for validation & troubleshooting/ticketing  Assist the Business users in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)  Create/support daily metrics/status reporting  Escalate blocking issues to Test Lead for resolution  Maintain (ongoing) suite of automated test cases  Track defects to various defect tracking tools like Jira, Red mine etc. and update tickets  Retest defects
