Responsibilities

 

Take ownership of one or more sub-category areas, manage contracts and suppliers associated to the area(s). Support the delivery of the Technology Category plan addressing short, mid and long-term business goals and objectives Directly supporting assigned global business stakeholders with effective end to end procurement  Identify and support new opportunities to address category spend Keen attention to detail especially in reviewing statement of works from a Procurement point of view Manage key sourcing processes and negotiate best commercial and contractual terms

Requirements

 

5+ years of Technology Category procurement experienceGood knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices via AribaExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Both a strategic and analytical mind-setCreativity to seek and implement new approaches to procurement challengesAbility to articulate procurement’s value to the wider businessHigh level commercial and contractual negotiation skillsA good working knowledge of Ariba procurement systems and P2P processes
