BU Lead Contract Support(Corporate) Job ID 193129 Posted 29-Nov-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance, Facilities Management Location(s) Shanghai - Shanghai - China **JOB SUMMARY** As a CBRE BU Lead Contract Support, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. **Key Responsibilities** •Manages one or all of the following: budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting. Establishes overall BU priorities and ensures that all deadlines are met. •Reviews balance sheet account analysis, statement of cash flows and supporting schedules and standard consolidated reporting packs. •Conducts other special financial and business studies and other duties as assigned by management. •Participates in the research, development and preparation of accounting policy and procedures, as required. May act as consultant to management on financial policies, procedures, and applications. •Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services. This includes preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments. •Coordinate compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and landscaping requirements with vendors. •Identify safety, operational, and maintenance issues. Schedule support for special facility maintenance and repair projects. •Track vendor performance utilizing established processes and systems. Prepare basic reports for internal and external stakeholders. •Assist with the project management process involving internal and external contributors and vendors. •Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. •Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. •Impact the quality of own work. •Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. •Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** •Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. •Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. •Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. **Qualifications and Education:** Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
