Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a Budget Analyst to join our USA Commercial team! In this role, you will manage the financial aspects and budgeting for the assigned department. You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and monitoring budgets, ensuring adherence to financial objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, provide budget updates to leadership, and provide recommendations for optimizing budget utilization.

A Day in the Life...

Functional Budget Administration: Overall management of functional budget, this involves working across business units and finance to ensure the budget, invoices and variances are understood and proactively addressed.Utilize forecasting templates, ensure budget is maintained.Manage preparation of monthly meetings & cadence including reconciliation of variances, coordinating updates and summary of changes.Reconciliation of accruals once invoices post and actualize and update offline trackers, as well as, any current or future systems.Tracking all invoices from point of submission to payment, including tracking down when invoices do not appropriately appear in AP applications and ensuring correct budget assignments; Working with accounting (outsourced) and gaining knowledge of the tools i.e. Readsoft, Ivalua, etc.Manage P-Card process to code and track all transactions.Maintain functional systems to ensure data is updated and user-ready.Develop strong knowledge of system(s) functionality and capabilities to assist, and troubleshoot with, users.New Program User training and documentation.Presenting quarterly/annual budget updates to various audiences as needed.Collaborating with functional leads, cross-functional partners, including Finance, to ensure planned budget spend is up-to-date and accurate.Working cross-functionally to manage and coordinate the routing, approval and communication of invoices, miscellaneous expenses, and other various technical documents.

What We Are Looking For:

Proficient in MS OfficeSystem experience (e.g. TraceGains, Sharepoint, SAP, or other ERP systems)Some Technical AcumenBudget managementComfortable working with individuals and across business teams to accomplish tasksTime management, can manage their time effectively to hit monthly, quarterly and annual schedulesAbility to work across external vendors to ensure invoices, payments and contracts are executed correctlyDetail oriented, this role will require a focus on details, meeting timelines and budget trackingDeveloping and presenting insightful and actionable status reports to multiple levels of organization

Associates Degree (Required)
