As a Budget Analyst your duties will include but aren’t limited too: • Spearhead the annual budget development and management process in cooperation with department heads and top management. • Carry out comprehensive analysis of the 340B program to ensure compliance and maximize program benefits. • Work closely with the finance team to enhance financial processes and systems. • Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to aid strategic decision-making. • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. • Collaborate mainly with the Pharmacy department to collect and analyze data related to the 340B program. • Develop and execute strategies to boost the efficiency and efficacy of the 340B program. • Prepare in-depth financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor and evaluate budget performance, pinpoint discrepancies, and suggest remedial actions. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid program planning and evaluation. • Assist in the compilation of grant proposals and funding applications. Requirements The ideal Budget Analyst candidate will meet/have the following requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field is required. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of budget analysis or a related area. • Proficiency in 3M software • Experience with Abila MIP • Familiarity with a variety of Accounting Software Systems • Knowledgeable in creating and managing Banner Ads • Understanding of various Business systems • Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively • Experience in preparing and managing an Annual Budget • Skills in Auditing financial data and transactions • Familiarity with Budget Processes and their implementation • Proficiency in Cost Analysis and optimization. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines Become a part of a team that that provides an innovative work environment where effort is rewarded by clicking the apply button day.
