MAG Aerospace is seeking a professional Budget Analyst to perform variety of budgetary functions for implementing PM Cyber and Space budgetary programs, policies, and procedures.
This is an opportunity to be involved in the rapidly growing PM C&S Program Office responsible for key capabilities within the offensive cyber operations world.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but not limited to:
Performing program/budget planning and execution, including preparing recommendations for program objectives, resource requirements, and overall program plans.Provide budgetary analysis for cost-cutting issues, program development, and other monetary fund management/benefit administration, equity monitoring, and originations. Assist in the management and processing of transactions in financial system. Preparing, processing, and tracking all program funding documents.Preparing monthly execution and other budget reports.Tracking execution against spend plans and providing justifications for variances.Completing a variety of budget taskers.Assisting with monthly budget audits.Processing, reviewing, and providing recommendations on functional support agreements. RequirementsMinimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Hands on experience providing budget analysis for multiple large projects.Experience in Standard Finance System (STANFINS) and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI).Development and maintenance of excel spreadsheets relative to budget information.Experience in drafting funding documentation (DD448, DD448-2, PRs, etc).Experience and training with LMP, including preparation of PWDs in LMP.Experience providing budget information for meetings and briefings (filling out power point templates or excel spreadsheets).Experience in assigning correct line of accounting to all funding documents.Experience in monitoring voucher accruals from vendors to payment and posting in GFEBS.Tracking funding documentation and providing assistance with budget taskers. Excellent interpersonal skills, to including the ability to work on multi-functional teams.Clearance
Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.Experience
Minimum of 7 years financial management in support of DoD 5000 acquisition.Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree. Four (4) additional years of related eperience may substitute for Bachelors degree.Other Qualifications

The projected compensation range for this position is $70000 to $130000 (annualized USD).
