The team you will be a part of

Budget Planner for Refrigeration,  responsible to manage Budget Expenses of all the different projects globally. This is a key function on the Refrigeration Planning Team, responsible for connecting all our expenses for each project to the 5 years product plan of the category.

This role in summary

This position cares about the future portfolio as well as the current year under execution, partnering with all the different System Integrators of Refrigeration. Be the single point of contact globally when relating to budget.

This opportunity is located in LAR, in the city of Monterrey, Mexico and it is part of Global Product Organization responsible for the full life cycle of products, from concept to retirement.

Your responsibilities will include

Lead the outlook process for: Product Development Expenses, Salary & Fringe, Travels, GTec Expenses and Others;

Track actuals, open POs, provide forecast, manage budget reclassifications, recharges and accruals;

Manage PPM funds transfers, creation of IOs and resources loading;

Update Control Tower, ensure data is properly reflect in the GPO Control Tower for Refrigeration Category; 

Report out to Global Finance team;

Report out to Refrigeration Category team;

Track accuracy and provide actions plans if any deviation happens.
