What Matters Most:Competitive Pay of $16.00 per hour plus additional compensation.Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00am – 1:30pm.Location: North Ridgeville, Ohio.Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability.Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card.When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program.
The buffer position sets up and operates multiple grinding machines and trained as instructed. Restores the appearance of reconditioned equipment and recertifies equipment. Responsibilities:Follows work instructions/specifications to determine required exterior finish on a product and any special options. Removes decals, signage, and paint from plastic headgear/helmets in preparation for reconstruction and refurbishing.Operates machines, uses tools and completes all tasks following standard work instructions and operating procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:Manual dexterity for operating equipment and toolsFlexibility with schedule, ability to work mandatory overtime.Ability to think critically and solve problems.Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations within the organization.
