We are looking for a skilled and motivated Build Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex, working with lines of business, developing and implementing solutions, creating documentation, and collaborating with security control partners to certify applications and features for bank-wide deployment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex environments.Collaborate with lines of business to understand requirements and develop solutions.Implement and deploy solutions in a timely and efficient manner.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for build and deployment processes.Work with security control partners to certify applications and features for bank-wide deployment.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5 to 7 years relevant experienceProven experience in supporting Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.Strong understanding of solution development and implementation.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with build automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other communication platforms and tools.Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.

Leverage deep technology expertise for own area of specialization to deliver and ensure that all areas across the organization that provision, manage and support various technologies have the necessary tools, processes and documentation required to effectively execute  on their respective mandates   Execute on Engineering strategy as it relates to the introduction of tools and the automation of build, test, release and configure activities across Application, Platform and InfrastructurePartner with the Operations team to automatically integrate with appropriate tools and processes as part of automated/self-serve Application, Platform or Infrastructure releasesWork with partners across Technology and apply in-depth understanding of relevant business needs to identify  and leverage synergies across the various areasAct as the expert or lead innovator and agent of change for the programs and services under managementWork with other teams to implement best practices for engineering and managementWork with vendor platform providers and engineering peers to keep abreast of trends, products, frameworks, and applicationsIdentify and effectively manage stakeholder engagement and impacts across the enterpriseInterpret client needs, assess engineering related requirements and identify solutions to non-standard requests
