More about your role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Southwest Region and as our Build Manager you will oversee, direct, and manage production on sites across the Southwest area to the agreed programme, budget, and quality standards. You will comply with, and ensure others on-site do, all Group procedures and external regulations, in particular those relating to the SHE. You will also be responsible for upholding the Group's reputation with customers, suppliers and the community at large demonstrating our People First approach at every opportunity.
You will need to be geographical mobile as this is a new role to oversee the site construction teams activities, with future site planned as activities in the area increase and is part of the growth plan.
The role will cover Developments in the South East of the Region, covering site in Wiltshire . Buckinghamshire and Hampshire.

More about you
We are looking for an experienced Build Manager who can drive excellence across sites. You also need to be adept at quickly identifying issues and ensuring solutions are followed through to meet customer needs.
You should also possess relevant qualifications such as:
- CSCS Managers Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid Certificate
- Scaffold Appreciation (Desired)
Good supervisory experience in a construction or house building site environment is essential, you should lead by example and bring people with you to deliver positive outcomes for the team.
It is essential that you have experience within a Build/Contract/Construction Manager position.
