Key Responsibilities: + Attend and contribute to weekly internal and external meetings. + Plan, schedule, and forecast manpower for project resources. + Coordinate projects in alignment with contract documents and approved estimates. + Manage all project documentation, including RFIs, meeting minutes, and change orders. + Prepare project billing forecasts and schedules of values. + Review and approve estimates and change orders. + Ensure the financial management of all assigned projects. + Prepare and negotiate subcontractor bidding documents. + Maintain project contract documents per Schneider Electric quality policy. + Update project schedules and cost estimates. + Deliver final project documentation to customers and collect payments. + Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction. Experience with EcoStruxure (Schneider product) is a HUGE plus! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $42.50 - $53.00/hr.
