Building Automation Field Service Technician I

As a Building Automation Field Service Technician I here at\nHoneywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and\nservice to our customers in the business unit. You will be accountable for\ntroubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting equipment\ninstallations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your\ntechnical expertise and dedication to excellence will play a crucial role in\nthe success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You\nwill report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our\nlocation on a work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency,\nproductivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional\ntechnical support and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our\ncustomers Conduct equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs Provide technical support and training to customers Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer\nsatisfaction Maintain accurate records of service activities and\ndocumentation \n

The annual base salary range for this position is $38,200 - $47,850. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HVAC or Building\nAutomation field service or a related technical role Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant\ntechnologies Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to\ncustomers Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain\nrelationships
