Insight Global is looking for a Building System Manager to join the top commercial real estate firm in one of their facilities management service contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the scope development, work request initiation, scheduling, and inspection of work performed by outside contractors. Day to day you will maintain a total facilities systems management program which includes various connected and separate electrical, mechanical, life, and safety systems (BMS, EPMS, Lighting, Remote Facilities Monitoring, Workplace Occupancy). This person will consistently participate in all department-related programs and activities, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment. This role will involve inspecting systems to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves operational conditions prescribed by the client.
