RESPONSIBILITIESReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.• Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispensers.• Assist with the setup for meetings, classes, conferences, events, etc. Move furniture, equipment, supplies, and tools on an incidental basis.• Inspect building to identify issues and problems.• Communicate effectively with employees, clients, visitors, vendors and the public.• Use and maintain assigned power equipment, hand tools, buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers, vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.• Secure building when facilities are not in use checking for unlocked doors and windows. Report any unauthorized occupants.• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Uses as directed.• Support and enforce all policies, organizational and governmental, such as OSHA/WISHA rules, organizational health and safety regulations, and guidelines, etc.• Comply with all MHS and program rules, policies and procedures including HIPAA standards.
