Our Building Engineer will provide direct assistance to lead engineer along with other assistant building maintenance engineers in repair and maintenance of rooftop units, heat pumps, fire & jockey pumps, fire panel, on-site generators, electrical closets, and entire building envelope across our Corporate Campus. And must provide assistance to the entire United Services department, along with interior buildouts
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Maintain and monitoring of the building automation systemProvide preventative maintenance on the HVAC systemsEnsure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment is properly installed and maintained Inventory of critical building maintenance suppliesRespond to emergency situations General repairs and maintenanceMust be able to perform all physical aspects of the job, including but not limited to bending, lifting, reaching, and pulling of heavy mechanical equipmentPerform all duties in a safe manner, following all safety procedures
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUMust Have Qualifications:
