Pay:

$40 to $45 an hour

Locations:

This is a mobile Building Engineer position for bank locations within a 20-mile radius territory of either the Everett, Seattle, or Renton location. Candidates will only work in one of these territories, which will be your choice based on your proximity to one of these locations.

Summary:

The main function of a Mobile Engineer is to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple Bank facilities. Individuals are expected to demonstrate technical expertise in one craft area such as Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations and be multi-skilled in others. You will travel for approximate 25% of your day traveling to on-site routes. You will be provided with a company vehicle, gas, iPad, phone, and tools necessary to complete the job.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility to keep building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function.Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance, and technical proficiency.Maintain and optimize the performance of HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts.Record readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.Comply with departmental policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials, maintaining a clean and safe workplace.Perform periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory.Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize dangers and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; day shift with flexible hours. Must be available for on-call work afterhours, and occasional overtime. OT and on-call work is infrequent.

Qualifications:

4+ years of Commercial Building Engineer experience is preferredMust have an EPA Universal or EPA Type-2 CertificationElectrical trainee card or 06/07 electrical license is requiredMust have a clean driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00
