Aerotek is hiring for a Building Engineer!Responsibilities:Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain mission-critical cooling systems, power systems, mechanical systems, and fire suppression systems.Conduct routine and ongoing tests of the infrastructure systems operations.Perform tests, rounds, and analyze data to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.Create and execute preventative maintenance procedures for all critical MEP systems.Coordinate site cleaning services.Respond to work orders that come in through CMMS throughout the building.Essential Skillsets:Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and/or facilities maintenance.Knowledge of MEP and building systems.Experience as a Building Engineer.EPA Universal certification.Boiler maintenance experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations and maintenance in a mission-critical environment.HVAC experience.EPA Universal certification.Why Work Here?This is a direct hire opportunity that offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA and FSA options! Work Environment:You must be flexible with working multiple shifts and there is an on-call rotation, though it happens rarely. The pay range is $32.05-$33.65 per hour. The role is customer-facing, so you need to always look presentable. You will be responsible for only one building.
