Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer with expertise in Siemens building automation systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, troubleshooting, and integrating building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and security. The role involves maintaining and repairing various commercial building systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and managing vendor relationships.
ResponsibilitiesProgram and troubleshoot Siemens building automation systems.Develop and modify graphics for building automation systems.Perform trend analysis and generate reports.Manage and respond to alarms and notifications.Integrate building automation systems with other systems such as HVAC, lighting, and security.Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including VAVs, AHUs, and chillers.Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including water treatment and distribution.Maintain and repair electrical systems, including distribution, lighting, and power quality.Maintain and repair life safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and suppression systems.Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as filter changes, belt replacements, and equipment inspections.Perform minor electrical repairs, including replacing light bulbs, ballasts, fixtures, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.Perform minor plumbing repairs, including checking temperature and pressure relief valves, fixing leaks, and performing routine maintenance.Perform minor HVAC repairs, including replacing air filters, cleaning condenser coils, checking refrigerant levels, and repairing thermostats.Conduct light painting, drywall, and carpentry work.Manage vendor relationships and scheduling.Essential SkillsExperience with Siemens building automation systems.Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting building automation systems.Ability to develop and modify graphics for automation systems.Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.Ability to repair and maintain mechanical equipment.Understanding of energy management principles and practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsCFC Universal certification.Familiarity with pneumatic systems.Strong vendor management skills.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to follow safety protocols and communicate effectively.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with on-call duties as required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
