Job Title: Building Engineer
Job Description: As a Building Engineer, you'll handle the operation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. This includes air handling units, pumps, motors, and more. You'll perform preventive and on-demand maintenance and ensure all procedures are properly executed.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper execution.Maintain tools and inform supervisors of necessary repairs.Manage water treatment programs and perform daily testing.Keep engineering areas clean and organized.Follow safety procedures and handle hazardous materials.Provide excellent customer service.Utilize CMMS for inventory and maintenance management.Generate reports using BMS systems.Perform routine maintenance tasks and plumbing repairs.Oversee work by outside contractors.Operate and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS).Essential Skills:
Certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields.Strong communication skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Experience in repairing building systems.Knowledge of safe work practices.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00
