Building Engineer- Grounds Maintenance
**Job Title: Building Engineer- Grounds Maintenance** **Job Description** Maintain, service, diagnose, repair, and overhaul all equipment and vehicles of the campus fleet to provide safe and efficient equipment. Provide work support to the Grounds Department as directed by the supervisor. Fabricate and repair special items from other departments' equipment as needed and determine when outside services are needed. Repair and maintain gas, diesel, hydrostatic powered equipment, and various grounds keeping equipment. Plan and organize daily work in cooperation with the supervisor within a very flexible environment that requires assistance to other campus areas, which will involve duties other than mechanics, for example, event set-up, deliveries, tent set-ups, etc. Perform all duties and tasks required of a mechanic, including safe operation of all machinery.
