Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.Inspect and troubleshoot issues with buildings, fixtures, and equipment.Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure safety and efficiency.Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.Maintain cleanliness and functionality of common areas.Work independently and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.Travel between multiple locations using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement may be available).
Work Experience
Qualifications:Previous experience in building or facility maintenance is preferred.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable, running vehicle.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facility maintenance and must have a reliable, running vehicle to travel between buildings as needed.
$20 - $23 DOE
Monday - Friday
