Building Inspector - Part Time

HIRING FOR A PART TIME ARCHITECTURAL BUILDING INSPECTOR!

Position: Building Inspector

Hours: 16-24 hours per week

Location: Various sites (travel required)

Job Description:

As a Building Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting a variety of construction sites, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, building codes, and safety regulations. This position involves traveling to three sites per day, conducting thorough inspections, and providing detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections of building structures and systems.Assess compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and architectural standards.Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports.Communicate findings and recommendations to project teams and clients.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address any issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in building inspection.Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Ability to travel to multiple sites within a day.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
