Position Summary:

In this position you will handle all day-to-day and routine maintenance/repairs for Facilities Management.

Candidates given best consideration will have the following qualifications:

A background in general maintenance tasksUnderstanding and ability to use tools and machinery to perform tasksAbility to troubleshoot and identify problems quicklyStrong documentation skills

The essential job duties are:

Performs complex corrective and preventive maintenance tasksTroubleshoots and repairs all engine-powered equipment and vehiclesTroubleshoots, maintains and repairs all low voltage electrical equipmentConstruct projects from blueprints or conceptual drawings requiring the operation of cutting, drilling, or shaping toolsAccurately documents corrective and preventive maintenance actions in facility monitoring systems as well as on work ordersInteracts professionally with facility staff in planning corrective actionsProcure materials for assignmentsOther related duties as assigned

What do we look for? 

High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance related capacityKnowledge and skills in shop and hand tool use, care and maintenanceExperience with a maintenance management systems and documentation skills required
